The service
We connect workers with employers. We are not the employer and do not guarantee work, pay, conditions or the accuracy of listings or profiles. Employers are responsible for lawful employment, including pay, visa work-rights checks and workplace safety. "Verified" badges are not a guarantee.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Acceptable use
- No false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful job listings, including underpaid work or illegal deductions.
- No harassment, spam, scams or requests for payment from workers.
- Content you post must be yours to share. AI-assisted applications must truly reflect your own skills and work rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Report a job or user from within the app or by emailing us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for losses arising from arrangements between workers and employers.
